About jaimate
Most AI help lives behind a screen. I show up at yours.
jaimate helps small to medium sized businesses across Marin County and the Bay Area put AI automation to work, set up in person, explained in plain English, built around how you actually run things.
My Story
What I did before this
At Meta I helped build the North American Gaming Roadshow. City to city, more than 440 gaming executives trained in person, most of whom did not think of themselves as technical.
I also built a global coupon program with our partners. For every $1 we put in, $29 came back.
The second one matters for one reason. Both jobs were the same job I do now: find where the money is leaking, fix it, and prove what changed with an actual number. That's what the walkthrough is. Your numbers may be smaller. The method doesn't care.
Why In-Person Matters
Why I show up in person.
Because you can't see a broken process on a Zoom call.
The first thing I do is write down every recurring task that runs your business, and map the workflows costing you the most time and money. That means watching how the job actually gets done. Not how somebody describes it in a meeting. Those are two very different things, and the gap between them is where all your lost hours are hiding.
Then there's the delete list, the steps that shouldn't exist at all. Nobody hands you that in a form. You find it standing in the room going hang on, why does that get printed?
And the last bit is the one everyone underestimates. Getting your team to actually work differently. People don't change how they work because they got an email about it. They change because someone sat down beside them until it stuck.
