Bring it to your people.
In person, hands on, and everyone leaves with something actually built. Chamber roadshows, member events, and training for your own team.
I’ve done this at scale before.
At Meta I ran the education roadshow across North America and trained more than 440 gaming executives in person. Same job, different room. Get people who don’t think of themselves as technical to walk out using something they built themselves.
Chamber and member events
You’ve got a room of local owners who keep hearing they should be using AI and have no idea where to start. I’ll run a working session, not a talk. Everybody builds one thing that saves them time in their own business, that day. Works for 15 people or 150.
Training your team
Your people are already using AI, they’re just doing it in secret and badly. I’ll come in and teach them properly, on your actual tools and your actual workflows. Half day or full day, on site.
Open workshops
A small group of local owners in a room together. Bring the thing eating your week and leave with it automated. The cheapest way to see how I work.
Tell me what you’ve got in mind.
Rough dates, rough numbers, rough idea. I’ll tell you straight whether it’s a fit.
